No Cash Payments

Please do not try to drop off cash payments to my house. First of all, I am not on your schedule and finding me at home is not always easy. Secondly, this is not a secure type of payment to be at my house waiting for deposit. If you do not deal in checks or credit cards, please get a money order. The audit trail is much easier!! Please mail to the PO Box on the top of the invoice, that is why we pay to have it. We have about 260 shareholders and I cannot meet with everyone coming to my house. Thank you for your understanding.

Update on the Pump Repair 8/5/2025

One pump is online now and with keeping the system as full as possible, this should enable everyone to have water! The other pump is at the shop being repaired. Thanks for everyone's cooperation during this difficult time!!!

Pump is still not online

The pump has an electrical issue and is flipping our breaker and blowing the capacitors. Calling an electrician to come and look at it is our next step. Untl this is solved the water will be gravity fed only.

9/6/2025 No Water from Redlands Water & Power

Due to the damages from the recent rain storm, water in our canal that supplies our irrigation system is turned off. The canal has been filled with debris and water cannot be turned back on until all the system has been cleaned at our headgate and canal by Redlands Water & Power. The system is totally down at this point!

9/23/2025 Season Irrigation Shut Down

Redlands Water and Power just let us know that the water will be shut off to our canal on October 13, 2025.

9/24/2025 No Irrigation Water in Canal

Redlands Water and Power has informed us that they have a generator down for repairs, therefore, we have no irrigation water in our canal. We will keep you updated when this changes.

WATER IS ON

04/22/2025 3:09 pm The leak has been repaired and the water is back on again.

Water Bills 2025

The water bills will be out towards the end of April 2025. As many of you are aware that Brenda had cancer last year and treatment lasted into February of this year. She is doing well and will get the billing out towards the end of this month.

The tentative water date for Redlands Water and Power is April 14th for the first water to be put in our ditch. Every year, we wait a few days for the debri to flush out of the ditch before we will put water into our system.

New UPDATE ON BILLING

All of the billings for Irrigation Water were put in the mail today, please watch for this and get your payment in timely! I will start sending statements out for those accounts that are not current next week!
